I am making a google survey (google form) for internal sales team to fill on each potential client, so we can organise all information before every first meeting.

We are using HubSpot as a CRM.

I want to add to to each deal on HubSpot, all the answers filled in the form about the specific client.

is there a way to do this automatically?

Hi there @Inbar Her,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I wouldn’t anticipate this being a problem!

Based on what you've described, here's how I suggest setting up the Zap:

  1. Trigger: Google Forms (New Form Response)
  2. Action: HubSpot (Create Deal)

How does that sound? You can also check out some other suggested workflows for Google Forms and HubSpot on our website at: https://zapier.com/apps/google-forms/integrations/hubspot

Additionally, if you're not sure whether it's possible to create a Zap for a certain task, you might find this guide helpful:

Hopefully, this helps! 😊

Thank you @ken.a.

Unfortunately, I’m not looking into creating a new deal but to update an existing one with answers from the forms - either on Notes or other way of the deal\company.

Hi @Inbar Her,

If that’s the case, the “Update Deal” would be perfect for your workflow. Have you tried testing this on your end? If not, I suggest doing so to help you get familiarized with Zapier.

This document is a nice introduction to building your first Zap:

We also have a number of great resources meant to help you get started, including our:

We also have quite a few example Zaps to give you an idea of what Zapier can do (and inspire some of your Zaps!): https://zapier.com/learn/automate-apps-examples

I hope this points you to the right direction!
