Account on Free plan being limited to 1 active Zap instead of 5

Hi,

We want to test 4-5 zaps on automatisation with our recent Zapier account.

After registered, we only get 1 zap on Free account instead 5 available zap on a new Free account as published on pricing

 

We don’t see any possibilities to get help from Zapier on the webiste ..
Can somebody help on this trouble ?

For any questions or issues to do with your Zapier account limits its best to contact our Support Team directly via the Get Help form. They’ll be able to take a look into your account and confirm why you’re not able to activate 5 Zaps.
