I have multiple whatsapp groups , each of them has multiple media files ,New groups are created each day and I want to automate a folder creation process once the group is created , And all the files should be Downloaded in this folder with the group name , is this possible ?
Hello everyone, New to this community. I am trying to use zapier for a project for the first time. I have a woocommerce site where I want to create an order upon a form entry. My trigger for the form entry is working properly. Hello, I think this should be a fairly simple question but I have been testing many times and can figure out the answer. I have a Zap that is copying information from a Google Sheet to MailChimp but I want to trigger the Zap only if the email column as a value that is not null (because email is a mandatory field in Mailchimp). What’s the right way to define the condition please? Thank you so mucu guys!
Need help in fixing one of my zaps, it's a Shopify + Google sheet integration.My use case is, I am using a custom form in Shopify - which is used to finally filter a product in Shopify. After making the purchase in Shopify, I need the data entered by the user in that Shopify form into the google sheet. Currently, I don't see that form data emitted by Shopify. How can I fix this? Hi,Is there a way to link data obtained from one Zap to another Zap?My use case: Once a meeting in one of my Calendly Event Type’s is booked, it triggers various actions in Asana and other integrations. Then I want the same person to be able to book a meeting on a different Calendly Event Type and use the new Calendly Event Type as a trigger for other actions, but I want to retain the data from the first Zap chain. Is there a way to do this?Thanks.
I have a webapp that lets users takes a 5 question quiz and after that it'll recommend them a product depensing on their answers.The products(data) is in my Firebase Firestore, so my question is does Zapier has the ability to filter all data on Firebase depending on the user's answers to find the recommended product for the user and then return it on Webflow?
First post and also a total Zapier n00b, so apologies if this is a simple question :) I’m building Crew, group, cohort-based coaching app that helps people design awesome careers by pairing them with a small group + an executive coach. I’ve built the app in Adalo but a lot of the work that happens during the group coaching sessions is done using Google Docs. We currently run everything out of Drive with a simple folder/file structure in place. I’m now moving a lot of the logic and experience into the Adalo app, but am running into issues with creating the folder structure in Drive using Zapier. Here’s the scenario: I need to create this folder structureIf a new Program is created in Adalo, then create a Program folder in Google Drive with that name. If a new Crew (group) is created and then assigned to a Program in Adalo, then create a Crew folder within the above Program folder. In Zapier, I can’t figure out how to do this. When I go to create the zap, it only gives me the option
Is it possible to add a random “due date”. So I’ve a card being automatically created when a client checks-in. Then I have a touch point card that’s created from that original check-in card with a due date for +3 day’s time. This is just for me to remember to give them a touch point. I’m wondering is there a way to have Trello pick a random day within the next 1-7 day’s from creating the card instead of a set 1,2,3+ day’s after?
Help! I have multiple forms within my Wix Website, and I want to tell Active Campaign which form the data has come from, and thus use this information to create automated emails within Active Campaign. I.e. so if a new contact has been created from a “download this” form, they don’t receive a new subscriber email that they would get if the contact had filled this form out. Is this possible without having multiple zaps?

Hi there, I am using a typeform where one of the questions is a list of people from which my typeform respondant needs to select a name. however, that list of people is changing frequently. Is there any way to “update the list” via Zapier ? I can see the zap action from Typeform but that seems to require the number of list options to be “pre-set”...which means that if I need more names, it wouldn’t work. Anyone found a workaround for this ? tnx
Hi, My zaps have become disabled. When i try to enable them the system immediately again disabled them. On viewing change history, This is the message with which the system has disabled all my zaps:‘Zap paused due to partner issue’ What is the issue here? How can i rectify this? thanks!
I have a Zap set up so when a user fills in a form on our website (webflow), it triggers a flow that creates a contact in Hubspot and fills in the contact with the basic data gathered from the form; First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone No., Years Experience and Profession. Most of the data is pulls into the Hubspot contact when it is created, all apart from First Name and Last name. There are no issues with Years experience, Profession, Email when Zapier gets hubspot to create the contact. I have fixed this issue multiple times now and every time it just randomly stops pulling those two form fields. Please help before I throw my laptop out a 9th floor window!
Saw my identical question asked here but the answer is either out of date or I am just not understanding. Essentially every time a resource (Room) is booked in a google meeting I want a specified user to automatically be invited to that meeting as well. As in the thread I linked above, Zapier wants an event for the ‘Action’ part of the zap. I am not sure how I can configure the action to automatically use the event from the trigger portion of the zap.
I’m using the Keap App as a CRM and Calendar booking tool. It is AWESOME but only allows a four hour blocking window for clients to book. So sometimes I don’t get too much of a headstart on client appointments - for example it might be noon and they can still book for four or five pm the same day. I would rather have a 24 hour window, given the nature of my business and how I need to prepare.I have contacted Keap and they are pretty useless in the customer service department for this issue - saying I need to manually block off my Google Calendar every night. Ummmm, no, this is the whole point of automation! Another agent said I could use Zapier, which I already pay for, for other things, but I don’t know how to create a zap in my Google Calendar to extend a block-off every night?Any help is appreciated.Thanks!

I built the zap to create a new Google Sheets row every time I move a card to a Trello list on the same board.The zap was created and all the tests were fine. But in production, with the Zap on, when I move the card to the list, nothing happens. Also, there is nothing on the Zap history. It's like nothing happen. Can someone help me please?

I have a zap that loops through a single ID and will then modify multiple airtable records linked to that single ID. The Loop that I created will loop through the multiple IDs attached to this single ID.When I run the zap, it will only change the first two in the preview and not the last one (aka the one shown at the top and bottom of the screenshot | 3wpoFm…). Instead it double counts loop 1 (pzeoW….) in two separate zaps. What am I doing wrong here?

I would like to hyperlink long URL’s in the Asana Notes section of an Asana sub task. I know that you can add the URL directly to the notes section of the Asana sub task, but the links can sometimes be very long and it would really clutter up the Asana task if left that long. I also know that you can use URL’s shortners, but we have run into issues with email client security filters. I know that you can use sub domains with some URL shortner services and these can help by-pass these security filters but we have no interest or need of link analytics and don’t want to pay for that service. I also know that from within Asana I can hyperlink text, but these tasks and the data added to the notes section in the Asana tasks are automated to began with and occur hundreds of times a month. Google Spreadsheet has the Colum and includes all the accounts and they are in salesforce as well. When i am trying to setup a zap it is not going through can any one help?
