I am connecting two apps together - LawHustle and Actionstep - and using Zapier to automatically create a new matter in Actionstep after a trigger. When I am setting up the action, it pulls all of the data from all of the fields in the contact of LawHustle, but not every field matches to Actionstep when I am setting up the action. Is there a way to add more fields so that I can get all of the contact’s information into the Actionstep matter?For example, we ask for an emergency contact in LawHustle, but then using the zap, I have no where for this information to land into Actionstep automatically. It’s like collecting 30 lines of useful data from app A, and only being allowed to dump 20 lines into app B.
Hello,I have read multiple historical posts on this issue, but I still don’t get it…What I’m trying to do: When a new event happens in Stripe, update/create a row in Google Sheets.It, of course, is asking me to map a “row ID,” but no documentation explains:Is it looking for a field literally called Row ID? Or is it simply referring to a reference or function of what field I choose to be the Row ID? Does it want the row ID that my Google Sheet has automatically created? Does it want some ID field that Stripe is creating to be imported into Google Sheet? Does this row ID info “talk” from Google Sheet to Stripe or from Stripe to Google Sheet?And, I seem to be caught up in a loop. Goal: Read in order information from a webhook using JSON. Create a custom event in Klaviyo with that order information.Problem 1: Klaviyo doesn’t natively accept line items.Problem 2: The line items coming in on JSON are not being treated as line items in Zapier...I don’t think. Hi - I’ve read a few topics around this issue and tried the solutions suggested, but I’m still getting nowhere. I’m trying to send only “closed won” opportunities from SF to slack and additionally filter the “TYPE” field for 2 values. My initial filter is on closed won deals (which is fine): Then I’m trying to use the “Find Record by Query in Salesforce” option to further filter closed won deals by the “Type” field (standard field). This query doesn’t filter anything for me. Do I have this setup correctly?
A few weeks ago, we changed a password on a Facebook account that was used in a Zap. Apparently this disconnected the zap and our client wasn’t getting lead info for a week. There was no notification from Zapier that there was a disconnect and I check our notification setting and everything is turned on.Is there a way to make sure this doesn’t happen again?
Feature Requests: Zap Details Overview - description text formatting & a safety check for the "Run task" button
In the Zap Details page, it would be great if the Description field had formatting available. Some Zaps need detailed descriptions.Also, when editing the description, I often move my mouse out of the text entry field to take it out of editing mode by clicking outside of the description field, then inadvertently click the “Run” button. Considering that so many other options in Zapier present an “Are You Sure?” safety check, it seems like an oversight that there is no confirmation for manually running a Zap.Thanks
Hi all, I’ve been enjoying making some smart automation using conditional paths, but where a certain path builds out to several actions, I am getting frustrated by the lack of copy functionality - we can copy Zaps, but not parts of Zaps? Have anyone figured out a way around this, to reduce configuration effort / time?
I have connected one of my zoom accounts to Zapier but want to connect another - both simply adding webinars and meetings to the same Google Calendar. I cannot see how to do this. There doesn’t seem to be an option to do this? Please help. It’s driving me mad!Thanks

Not sure if there is a way to keep the group synced. 2 - Once the group is established, what is the best way to schedule a weekly text to the group? I saw a very tedious workaround answer from a year ago, so am hoping that something better has been developed since then, as I ultimately need to make a decision weekly on which of the 3 scenarios to trigger, which need to be built
Hi allI’ve been struggling with one particular webhook for a week now and really need some help. Worth mentioning that I’m not a developer but work with webhooks daily, just not familiar with this particular format.I’ve been working with the Zapier support team but am going to see if anyone has any ideas how I might get this working correctly.I’m raising a Custom Request (POST) webhook that is testing quite successfully. The trouble is that when I try to pull the results through in the next action step, the data isn’t actually pulling through as an array which is what I need it to do.It looks like the data is nested in an array when testing the webhook (see screenshot below): But this issue happens in the following step in that Payment, Payment2, Payment3, and 4-6 are not grouped together. Hi AllI’m looking for a way where I can drop a file in a desktop directory (could be dropbox or similar) and have an Evernote note be created with the file as an attachment. However I’d then like to move that file to a different dropbox directory/folder (ideally I’d like to delete the file but I don’t think that’s possible. The directory I’m moving to will be a Junk directory which I’ll empty from time to time.I can create a zap which looks for new files and then create a note with an attachment but I’m not sure how to then move that same file. After the creation of the note would the next step be to move new files (would it still be considered new?) to move the file? What if there's multiple new files?Thanks for the help
how do i forward an attachment from a sent email ? The account im using is a gmail account, when i create the zap it doesnt seem to include the attachment. I cant figure out how to use the filters to forward emails from the sent folder. I want to keep the email in the sent folder and forward the email from the sent foldder with the attachment. how do i do this?

A question I could use your help with...I’m trying to make a zap that catches all of the leads from a Facebook Page we own (all of our lead forms on Facebook from Facebook Ads). I’d like the zap to get triggered any time a lead comes through any of our forms, and pass it into our CRM - ActiveCampaign.However, right now many of our lead forms are not passing email leads into our CRM (Active Campaign) meaning that I have to manually import our leads, and our new leads don’t receive their welcome email instantly and first newsletter on time. Hi, I created a zap that automates the ordering process for some of my store’s dropshipping items.Here is the zap path:Shopify Paid Order - FInds Unique Order ID Zap Filter: Verifies Item Name and Quantity Prints Label according to Unique Order ID via Starshipit (Image 1) Sends Email to Warehouse with Label Attachement from Starshipit (Image 2)The problem is that starshipit’s label is in BASE64 and when you attach it as mentioned above it converts into text. I’ve tried using a converter between steps 3 and 4, but I cant get it to convert the BASE64 string to come out in pdf, png, or jpeg of the shipping label. Hello, I am trying to build a zap where given a list of customers, the loop will send an email to all those customers, however not at the same time. Between every email there will be a delay of 40 minutes. This means the first customer in the list will get the email immediately, the second after 40, and the third after 80.Tried to do this by implementing a delay after the email is sent in the loop, however it does not work.
Hi, I am interested in enabling our customers with integrations via Zapier. I could not find a suitable plan that allows a company to manage zaps for other companies, but this is what we’d like to do as an offering for our customers.For now, it sounds like the closest thing to what we’re looking for is the company plan, and each team can then be set up as a workspace for our customers.Overall, our company intends to build zaps to make things work. However, we do not want our customers to share passwords and other credentials with us, and would prefer if customers entered that on their own into Zapier, and we have our development team then build around the app/connection.I initially searched for programmatic ways for us to create app/connections via API, so that we can provide the UX to input these details, but it does not look like this exists. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to format all states in written form to the 2 letter code? We use Cognito forms which assigns the full written out state name. I’ve asked them if the option for letter codes is possible but it is not. I want to use formatter as the first action to format the state field in the Cognito form trigger, just not sure if I’d need to do each state manually or if this is already reformatted somewhere. I’ve been running into problems exporting image files from Fastfield. I have tried to send them to a Drive folder, and to Salesforce. However, in both cases, all that is transferred is the image file name, not the image itself. In Salesforce, the file name is inserted into the image field, while in Drive, a text file is created with the file name. This happens even when I specify the file extension. Has anyone else come across this issue? What were your solutions?
I have a Google Sheet full of country codes (of various sizes) and am looking to create a Sheets lookup to find what country a clients’ number falls under.In my search, I have found solutions for finding exact matches - but not partial.Since the country codes are of various lengths, I cannot truncate the clients’ number and expect a match - as it might be eating into the country code.Therefore, is there a way where I can use Zapier to search if the country code is contained within a clients’ phone number?Been running into a few issues trying it out, as it seems the “Lookup spreadsheet row” in Sheets is only for exact matches.

Indented goal is to send data from a quite large csv file to an external API without running into rate limits or throttling. To be precise; all API POST request need to “simulate” live traffic (as if every submit is not sources from the bulk file, rather submissions on a live website. Trying to figure out how to implement this “mimic real user behavioir”. can anyone please help me?
Hi there, I’m in the process of setting up the Asana & Salesforce integration, but with Asana pushing data to Salesforce.The trigger (when a new task is created in Asana) works perfectly, but the action (create a new contact in Salesforce), is problematic.
