I am trying to send a message to the customers by creating a zap from Shopify to Avochato when their order is ready for shipping. These are the options I have selected. However, Shopify is sending them the same message multiple times. I investigated and found out that whenever the shipment status changes (from none to "in transit", then to "confirmed”), Shopify identifies each of these as an update to the order and this is the reason the zap occurs multiple times. So, is there a way to include “Shipment Status” field so that I can select a certain status (like “confirmed”) and stop the zap from occuring multiple times?
I’m looking for somebody to point me to the right app. I have a Zap that sends out an email to everybody who completes my survey on Typeform. I want to include something in that email so people can enter their friends’ emails and send them the survey to do. Is there an app like that that plugs into Zapier (or is one of Zapier’s own programs)?
I notice the the QuickBooks Online ‘Create Time Activity’ action event requires the QuickBooks internal employee ID but this ID is not visible thru the UI in QuickBooks. Is there a feature request in the pipeline to create employee or find employee. Having easy access to the internal QuickBooks Online employee ID is crucial to a piece of integration I am working on - using the Zap in the manner I am is not something the ultimate end users would do. (Note: there is a zap for Find Vendor in QuickBooks Online - these are different record types from employees so the existing Find Vendor zap could be adapted as the workflow/use case is very similar. I’m now to this community so not sure how feature requests are handled! Thanks
I’m trying to build a zap to take any data that has been altered in a google spreadsheet and mirror it in my airtable spreadsheet. I tried using the “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” zap but it doesn’t recognize when I alter a cell, it seems to only recognize when I add a new row. Any insight on why updating a cell doesn’t trigger the zap?
Hello, I am looking for a way to export all of the mapping I have in my Zaps. For example, I have Zaps that fill in PDFs or pass along whole webforms worth of data and would like a text file or some way to easily export the mappings I have created. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I am using WooCommerce in a zap but only the standard product types are showing. I am using a booking plugin which creates a new product type of ‘Appointable Products’ which can be selected from WooCommerce inside Wordpress but the option is not available when trying to create a new product in a zap. Any ideas?
I was able to connect to kintone with my free plan, but when I upgraded to a paid plan, I could not connect to kintone. I can't connect with zapier, but I can get the information normally with the curl command. I don't know what caused it, so please help me.
Hi, My tasks ran out on free plan and I decided to upgrade but I still have 0 tasks. My ZAP is a simple webhook, google sheets search, google sheet update row. There are no possible loops. Quite urgent for me as I have got my skills to where I want to present to my first possible client and go commercial. Hi. I am brand new to Zapier and I am trying to implement the ‘New Attachment in GMail’ function, following it up by Submitting a Print Job in Google Cloud Print. When I run my test it seems to print fine but I when a mail arrives with an attachment nothing happens. I have my Zap turned on. Could anybody maybe advise on something I may be missing? Thank you.
Hi there :) I hope someone could help me on this issue. I tried to setup a Zap that saves the PDF attachment of emails with the label “invoice” in my gmail into a specific GDrive folder. Issue: What it does instead is creating a new Google doc file in GDrive with the content of the PDF file? What am I doing wrong? I am trying to create a Google sheet that will show our up-to-date inventory for our customers. Here’s the system I came up with. I’m an experienced Zapier user, but steps 2-4 are all buggy for me. Does this make sense? Is there an easier way to do this??? 1 It is triggered when an order is created in ShipStation. 2 The next step is to look up the current inventory on the sheet. I’m trying to do that with the “Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” action. It should look for the SKU of the item(s) ordered and then identify the current quantity. 3 The next step is to subtract the quantity ordered from the number found in step 2. 4 The final step would be to update that line with the new adjusted quantity.
Hello! This is a super specific question (apologies if I don’t explain it very well) I am using Zapier to link a google form response spreadsheet to slack, so that when a new row is added, it sends a notification to a slack channel. Part of the data in the spreadsheet form includes email addresses. I’d like to be able to include in the zap message “New response from ___” and have it autofill the email address the response is from. Is this something that Zapier can do? I’ve tried searching and been unable to find anything.
I need help trying to create a Zap that generates a random email address. The email does not need to be valid.I have started a zap where it generates a random 10 digit number. I just can’t figure out how to take that random number and have a final email that looks like this (random number)@noemail.com My CRM requires an email to complete the zap. It does not have to be valid just in an email format.It does have to be unique email. That is why i used the random number generator. The last part of the email will always be @noemail.com. I’m trying to use the email to sendy campaign zapier trigger. I have the New Inbound Email and then Sendy Create Draft Campaign action. While the New Inbound Email trigger is working with correct data in and data out, the Sendy action returns a “The app returned "No data passed" error. Is there any way to debug the Sendy action?
I am trying to set up a zap so when a WooCommerce order is completed, a new user is added to my CypherLearning portal and they are enrolled in a path. I am only seeing an action to enroll the user in a course/class. Does anyone know if the action I am looking for exists and if not how I could create it? Thank you!
I am brand new to Wufoo and Zapier. I am trying to create an order form where my customer can either submit and pay for 1 day’s meal at a time, or is offered an option to add more orders. They need to pay when they submit. My issue is that I am needing to add each separate order (I set up as pages in wufoo on 1 form) to a new row of the spreadsheet. For instance, they decide to order a meal every day for the week and now have 5 different sets of info. I don’t want it all to go on 1 row; I want it to go to a different row for each. Is this possible? I have a working Zap, but with all information on 1 row in the spreadsheet.
i am offering on my ClickFunnels page, 4 different courses that have 4 different prices. I have created a Zap in Zapier to trigger on each individual ClickFunnels purchase, and set up a corresponding action in Thinkific to enroll the student into the correct course using the Formatter and the utilities 'new successful purchase', however i cannot trigger and get the information about what courses they purchased, and based on what they purchase determine what course to enroll the student in. I don't know how to set up the trigger from Clickfunnel and what additional filters or set up for my zap ill need to do so that i can enroll the students into the correct course. Please help !! :-(
Hi there guys, So I’m working with this business generating leads and they’ve given me admin access to their Zoho CRM. I am trying to trigger a message sent to me when an appointment is booked that matches my lead source. It is working, but for some reason I am sent 3 messages for each actual lead. Any idea what could be happening? Uploads are of the task being completed successfully (all from same lead) and the zap that I have setup
