Trainerize "no privilege to access user data" error

I created a zap such that when an optin form is submitted on clickfunnels, they will be added to a campaign on projectbroadcast and also added as a client to a program on zapier. 

But an error keeps showing up that says 'the app returned 'no privilege to access user data'. 

What could this mean?

Can you please post screenshots of the returned app error, as well as screenshots of how your Zap steps are configured?
