Issues with Zap (Stripe --> Jira Service Desk)

I’m trying to create a Zap that will create a ticket in JSD for new disputes that come through Stripe. However, when I get to the final test I get a “response status 400” error that says Zapier cannot connect with Jira. Has anyone encountered and found a fix for this issue?

Hi @ASJ23 ,

Circling back here as I see Support suggested removing existing text from the “Dispute Type” field and adding a Formatter (Lookup Table) to get this to work correctly!
