How do I use Zapier to send SMS to the person that fills out JotForm form?

I want to send an sms to the person who fills out the jotform

You’ll need to use a tool such as Twilio to send out the SMS.

Your Zap should look like this:

I do have it set like this. The issue is that I cannot see the field phone number in order to add it as the recipient sms

Hi @jairo348

Make sure your JotForm is collecting a phone number and that the field is required on the JotForm.

Then submit a new form that has the phone number field populated.
