Connect Turis with Zapier with moneybird

Hi,

 

I want to connect Zapier with Moneybird, so It's creating a customer, customernumber, invoice and packingslip with the terms and conditions I chose for my project.

 

I'm not able to do so, because when i want to set up Turis with Moneybird, he ask an invoice number, but only shows old invoice numbers, and I can't recreate a customized. This means that he doesn't the connection and that when there is an order in Turis, he is not creating an invoice etc. in Moneybird.

 

Someone experience with this, and how to solve?

Hello Troy,

 

We want to create an invoice in Moneybird when we have a new order in Turis.

 

The systems ask a contact ID, but when I link the customerID or the customernumber, the system refuse this, and I receive the below error. The field is marked as obliged, so we have to fill it in.

 

 

Any idea how to solve this?
