Hi! I’m attempting to create a Zap to tag customers with specific tags in Kartra so I can email specific instructions based on the product they purchased. But I can't seem to create a Zap that allows me to make a trigger based on a specific Shopify purchase.

 

Would love some help here!

@RyanLooney perhaps if you look at this a different way and have the trigger from shopify trigger on all purchases and then add a filter that only allows purchases of a specific product go through to the rest of the zap. Take all the purchases in and filter down to just the ones you want.

This is also something I need. How do you filter down the orders. When I go to create the Zap I’m not finding the means to filter the data or orders.
