I'm looking for a way to send a sign up in thinkific to an events management app.

Trigger 

New enrollment thinkific 

Action 

Add attendee to event 

 

I cant see any events app that has any actions to add attendee... please helo

thanks but the purpose is for automated event email notifications and google calendar do not do that.  Plus this is for customers so I would not be able to use this as there is no way to hide peoples email addresses and that would be a serious breach in confidentiality

thanks Tony, I did have a look and not been able to find any with a action add attendee.  They are all triggers

@Zee You’ll likely have to take a more advanced approach and leverage the APIs for a given app which can be used in a Webhooks action step: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/integrations#triggers-and-actions

I dont know what app to look at though…. I was hoping someone else is doing this and could advice a specific company to go with.

I know zoom have a hook for meeting created and thinkific have one for new enrollment - so the outgoing information is easy - the tricky part is finding a receiving events management tool that will allow an auto enroll attendee
