I want to share the app to my client account. I can share by invite. but can I remove the history so my emails can’t be viewed by anyone else? or another way to transfer the app without cli?

Could you republish as a separate integration that they have control over? Then you could give them full ownership/access without any shared data.
Though on rereading you said you didn't want to use the CLI, so maybe that doesn't help...

To transfer control of a UI-built integration, add the other person as an admin in the team UI https://developer.zapier.com/app/{appid}/team. Once they accept, you can remove your own access.
I’m not sure what emails this would give the other admin access to. Perhaps you can expand on that. Email messages? Email addresses?
