I was trying to automatically save emails from my GoDaddy Microsoft 365 account as PDF files in OneDrive using Zapier. I found that Zapier can connect Outlook with apps like OneDrive and automate saving email data, but it doesn't directly convert Office 365 emails into PDF files on its own. It seems you need an extra PDF conversion service as part of the workflow, which makes the setup more complicated than I expected.
I was hoping for a simpler solution because I only wanted PDF copies of my emails for backup. If anyone has found an easier method, I'd love to know. I also came across the BitRecover Office 365 Backup Tool, which can download Office 365 emails directly as PDF files, although I'm mainly curious if there's a way to achieve the same thing using Zapier alone.
