We to submit an app for Publishing, but Zapier require an account access for a account with username:
integration-testing@zapier.com. But the issue it will sent an OTP to this email for making an account on Platform, so how set this up?

You can just add a note with this information in the publishing form and the reviewer would know what to do from there.
