How do I create a Zapier partner API?

I am creating own app 1 week back public my app creating zap templates 1 day back public zap templates. zapier give embedded widget partner API i am creating Custom Embed completed don't understand where partner API please give me creating partner API steps .

please any reference link creating partner API
