Does tables have a backup?

Really simple question, is Tables backed up?

I just came in to find my 10y/o fiddling and wondered is there a way to roll back to a previous days data? I’m a complete novice so could easily mess this all up :)

Its not a problem (right now!) just want to make sure I have a copy or plan for a future disaster.
