I am trying to create a zap for Fello Home value lead that triggers the contact in KW Command. When I try to add the KW Command app to Zapier, I am getting this error attached. “

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: One or more validation errors occurred.

 

I’ve checked several time entering my username manually and password mannual in addition to saved. Please help!

Due to our limited resources here in the Zapier Community, my suggestion would be to reach out to the Keller Williams Command team to see if they can help you debugging what’s causing this validation error when adding a new connection.
