Seeing lots of these errors with the Zapier plugin on a WordPress site. Anything that needs to be done here? Also, no update in 8 months. Anything on the horizon?

I checked the link, but it does not address the issue I reported. I may not have been clear, these errors are being reported in the hosting server error log for the website. We are using the Zapier plugin for wordpress version 1.5.3. There are thousands of them and can be 50-100 of them each day. I can attach the error log if that would be helpful. When I checked for plugin support on the Wordpress repository, they directed me here so was hoping for some help.
Can you review again, please? Also, do you plan on pushing an update anytime soon?
