I am trying to connect my bot to Zapier using my Appcontx App credentials. When I provide the key I get a 404 error and it does not allow the connection any help here? If the API key is not recognized or accepted how then do I get support help to get this done to connect my bot?

It’s tricky to say what the issue is here as there are lots of different reasons why you might hit that 404 error. I’d recommend contacting Appcontx to ask them if they’re able to help you to understand why you ran intro trouble with your Zapier step. If you need a detailed error report for the Zap step, contact the Zapier Support Team (using the Get Help form) and they’ll be able to get the full logs of the webhook and the response it received.
