Stuck! Field Mapping issue when using "Catch Hook in Webhooks by Zapier" mapping to Hubspot fields - what's a "List name"?

Hello. I'm working on connecting a website App with Zapier and Hubspot.  I have been following a guide, but its missing details that are incomplete when it comes to the field mapping steps.

When I start the steps for "Adding Contact to List in HubSpot', the very first field is called "List Name", what is this? I can't find any info on what this should map to.  And I can’t move forward unless I select something, so I’m stuck!
