Xero Repeating Invoice

New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads not triggering (but receives tests)

Hello Zapmates!I’m trying to integrate New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads to POST in Webhooks by Zapier. In testing mode Zapier is able to retrieve Leads from Facebook to send the test and CRM is able to get POST event. This means Zapier has access and permission to our Facebook Account in terms of Page, Ad Account and Lead access. Also, receiving test properly means that Ad form connected is correct. It turns out when I activate the zap that New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads is not triggering. After receiving 55 leads, it didn’t triggered a single time. Sharing Zap as template is not prefilling values

Hi, I created a Zap and sharing it as template with our users. Extract name and amount from Google email using regex

I am trying to extract text from gmail. I have a zap started with Email Parser. Then a step using Formatter to extract separate pieces. I can extract the email address and amount with success. I’m trying to extract a FirstName LastName pattern that always comes after an exclamation point and line breaks. I cannot get this to work. I can get different versions to work in Regex101.com using Python flavor. But when I put it in the zap it includes the text I want excluded.I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I am no expert in regex so please be kind. I’m sure there’s something very basic that I’m missing. Any help would be most appreciated. Once more: You did not define `output`

I have been through all of the docs and help topcis but I just do not get how zapier expects code in a java script zap to provide data.Why is the output undefined? I tried to set output or use the callback (which i prefer). Facebook Ads Conversions API Error Message

I am trying to use Zapier to connect Squarespace form submissions to Facebook Conversions API. I’ve tried with two separate websites/Facebook Ads accounts, and have gotten the same error both times:  "(#200) Requires business_management permission to manage the object” I am a full admin on both Facebook Ads, Facebook Business, and Squarespace accounts, so I don’t know why I would be getting this message.  Has anyone else experienced and/or fixed this issue? I cannot find any documentation about it online. Thank you!

Skedda integration with DynamoDB - Attributes do not transfer

What I’m trying to do: I am trying to use Skedda for my booking solution. I want to transfer Skedda data over to DynamoDB table (because Skedda doesn’t support its own API).  The result I expect to see after the Zap is done:A nice json stored like this:  { "ReservationId": "62193449", “Space Names”: “Room 2”, “Start”: “2023-10-08T14:30:00-04:00”, “End”: “2023-10-08T15:30:00-04:00”}  The problem: When I do the thing below, I end up with  { "ReservationId": "62193449",}only instead of the whole data. Please help

How do I pass-through ChatGPT extracted structured in json with proper data types?

I’m extracting email data with ChatGPT using the “Extract Structured Data” feature. I have specified data types and possible values.I want to send the parsed data as a POST request using the “Webhook by Zapier” feature.Here’s what I’ve tried:Sending a custom POST request with Data Pass-Through = True and a header with Content-Type=application/json. What happens then is that the json returned has single quotes instead of double-quotes and booleans have a capital letter Send a POST request with a json payload type (and adding no data). The json returns all values as strings (even if some types specified in the “Extract Structured Data” are number and boolean) Send a POST request with a json payload type (and adding all fields and matching them with Extract Structured Data field outputs). Webhook Oauth2 Client Credentials

I am struggling to work out how to generate an access token using OAuth2 grant_type=client_credentials with a client id and client secret.  Once I have the access token I can use bearer token authentication in subsequent requests.  POST https://someurl.com/oauth2/tokenContent-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencodedAuthorization: Basic [base64 client_id | client_secret]grant_type=client_credentials  I have tried both Custom Webhook Requests and the standard POST request but I can’t seem to find any help online on how to enter this info in the zap front end

Zapier magically collapses lists with one item

I’m building a zap which is triggered by invoices. The trigger outputs a record with numbered line items (like a nested dictionary). The test record that I have contains only one line item but there could be many. The attribute that I'm interested in is called "Invoice Line Items".example:invoice_numberinvoice_dateline_items 1 description quantity priceThe next step is "Run Python in Code by Zapier", which I pass the line_items attribute to.When python reads line_items I was expecting it to see:1 description quantity priceInstead it sees:descriptionquantitypriceThis works for invoices with one line item but how does it handle invoices with more than one line item? Upload File & Send DocuSign Envelope to Customer - INVALID_REQUEST_PARAMETER

I am looking to automate the sending of PDFs to customer to retrieve a signature from them, trying to lock down the meat of the automation before adding in better triggers & other actions which will help us customize the emails & write back to our CRM. This is the start, when a new PDF is added to a specific OneDrive folder, Upload that PDF to DocuSign & send out for signature.  From here, I use the file found in step one and upload to DocuSign. There are very few fields so I am not sure why I am getting an error     Failed to create an envelope using document in DocuSignCould not create signature request: INVALID_REQUEST_PARAMETER: The request contained at least one invalid parameter. A document was defined without setting the 'name' field. I am not sure where to set the ‘name’ field as I don’t see it anywhere as an option. Could it be something with our DocuSign account? Like we dont have a level that pays for Webhooks?

Automated email that let the recipients to directly reply to it.

Hello! How do I automate an email for newly enrolled users, allowing them to reply directly? I'm not sure if I'm making any sense but here's the details: When someone enrolls in my Teachable courses, I receive an automated email notification. The thing is, I have given a discount or promo code to some users and I want to specifically email those who used the code some sort of a personalized follow up or feedback email via Zapier or Gmail or Streak, enabling them to respond directly. So instead of Zapier sending an email to "from" recipients (the from recipient is the teachable notification), I want Zapier to send an email to "reply-to" recipients (users who used the code), and I want the users to be able to reply to that email.  Although I attempted to integrate Zapier and Gmail, the emails seem to be marked as "no reply". I've been searching for solution but haven't had any luck. If anyone knows how to do this, I'd highly appreciate it!! Thank you in advance!

Serve custom response to webhook?

I currently have Catch Hook, the information in which is then POST elsewhere. Data Input > Send to Zapier > Zapier Catch Hook > Zapier POST to Webhook When I send the data to the Catch Hook - I'd like the response from the catch hook to contain information from the response I get when I post it onward. Is there a way to do this?
