I just came across this post and wanted to share that there’s a Workflow API that can be used to create a Zap but, it’s only available to developers with a public integration on the Zapier platform. Read our Workflow API documentation here to learn more.

At any rate, I’ve flagged your interest in the ability for to create Zaps via an API with our Product Team in case you aren’t the developer of a public integration. I can’t make any promises as to when or if this may be added but we’ll be sure to circle back in here with an update once it is.
