CAPI missing conversions in Meta by using Zapier Webhook

For a client I didn't get all the conversions in Meta by tracking the Thank you page visits. 

Therefore I've chosen to register conversions bij putting them on a webhook in Activecampaign. 

Leads will enter an automation which fires the webhook of Zapier. In Zapier I see every conversion in the Zap History, but still, I'm missing almost half or 25% of the conversions of this week in Meta. 

 

Could this be due to a missing event ID? I couldn't figure out which data is really needed to get all te conversions into meta. 

 

Looking forward to your insights or suggestions for better/more accurate Conversion API tracking by using Zapier.
