Hi All,

I am looking to run a python script on a .stl file that a user uploads in bubble and then return information to them. What is the best way of achieving this?

 

Is it possible to install and use python modules in Zapier?

The standard Python libraries are available, but it’s not currently possible to install and use external Python libraries/modules within Code by Zapier actions. See Limitations with Code steps for details. 

We’ve got an existing feature request for the ability to include external Python modules though so I’ve gone ahead and added your vote for that. I can’t make any promises as to when it would become possible to use external Python modules, but we’ve got you’re details logged there so we’ll email you the minute it’s possible!

Sorry to not have a more immediate solution or workaround to suggest at this time. If you manage to find a workaround for this in the meantime please do let us know!
