Trouble connecting JobAdder to Zapier due to authentication issues

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to integrate JobAdder → Zapier using a free Zapier trial. I have full admin access in our JobAdder account and can log in normally on the instance.

However, when I try to connect JobAdder inside Zapier, the OAuth window says:

“Incorrect username or password”

even though the same login credentials work perfectly when signing in directly to JobAdder.

My questions are:

  1. Since our Admin accounts cannot see Templates, what is the next step to enable API/Integration permissions?

  2. Can JobAdder Support enable API access for my user, or tell us who the Primary Account Owner is so we can request it?

  3. Is this the reason Zapier cannot authenticate even though my login/password are correct?

I took a look and I don’t see any open issues or notes around this so please could you open a ticket with support so we can investigate and troubleshoot this in depth and potentially report the issue to the JobAdder team!
