Can I Update the API After Publishing a Custom Zapier App?

I have created 1 Custom Zapier APP for My Client, for now I am using Staging API and have plan to update the API of LIVE server once the Zapier APP (ex: XYZ) get Publish.

So is this possible to update the Authentication and Trigger API after APP Publishing?
