Unable to Create Records in Zoho CRM Modules via Zapier MCP AI Actions

Hi everyone,

I’m running into an issue with the Zapier MCP AI Actions integration for Zoho CRM. Even though I have admin privileges, I’m unable to create records in any of the standard Zoho modules (like Leads, Contacts, etc.) through the MCP AI Actions. However, I am able to successfully fetch record details, so the connection itself seems to be working.

For context, I’m using the cursor as the client.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be a permissions or configuration issue within Zoho or Zapier?

Would appreciate any insights or suggestions!
