Setting up a team MCP for chatbot actions

Is there a way to setup a team MCP? It appears to just give a url for a personal MCP server where I edit the actions available. I want to try to build an internal tool that will allow the chatbot to take actions on behalf of the team. We are paying for team access right now and I am just wondering if this is a possibility.
