Error enabling tools in Zapier MCP server with Razorpay integration

I am facing an error while trying to use Zapier MCP server to integrate with application - Razorpay.

 

I am able to successfully link Razorpay account, but when I trying to enable all tools in the MCP server, it is not going to next screen.

I am stuck in below screen, need some help
