Hi @Gill Robinson

There are no Apple app integrations available: https://zapier.com/apps

Use IMAP to connect your email clients to Gmail or Outlook, then you can use Zapier MCP.

TIP: Ask AI about IMAP and instructions.

Hey @Gill Robinson 👋 Did you have any luck with the approach Troy suggested?

No, I don’t use Gmail or Outlook.  I connected to my email account (3rd party) and that works, but calendar remains a problem

Sorry to hear that @Gill Robinson. Unfortunately Apple Calendar doesn't have a public API that Zapier MCP can access directly.

As an alternative, maybe you could manage the events in a different calendar app which Zapier MCP can access, and then add a calendar subscription in your Apple Calendar to that other calendar. That should allow you to see the events from the other calendar in your Apple calendar. You wouldn’t be able to edit them directly in Apple Calendar but I’m guessing you’d want to use Zapier MCP to do that anyway, right?

If you wanted to add events in your Apple Calendar and have those synced over to the other calendar so that Zapier MCP can see them, you could use Apple's Shortcuts app to send a webhook to a Zap whenever you create an event. We’ve got a guide that talks about how to trigger a Zap from the Shortcuts app that you might find helpful on that:

Do you think that could work?
