For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how all of your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode, along with any errors.

For Step 2, we need to see how the Zap is configured for the “Configure” section.

HI...in Configure section, only few items are allow us to add. See below picture

It may be related to these factors:

• Perhaps the Text is too long (max characters allowed)
• The Text value is formatted as HTML, so try using just plain text
  • Formatter > Text > Remove HTML Tags
