How to make instant actions in Zapier?

Hi,
I need to create a action which work instant. Currently I have created the action in my application which is working fine but the action which I have created is polling type which take around 1-15 min to insert the record in database.
Can someone please help me to create the instant action in zapier, if it is possible?
