I have split your reply to a new post. I hope you don’t mind.
Before I can add you to the bug report. We need to confirm it first. That said, looking at the screenshot you’ve provided, I noticed that the mapped data on the “Entry ID” field is incorrect. The “Entry ID” field looks for the ID, and the “zcrm_” bit should not be included. Here’s an example of an Entry ID:
To remove the “zcrm_” bit you might need to add a Text in Formatter by Zapier - Split Text step. Here’s what it will look like based on the screenshot:
After that, you’ll need to map the output of the formatter step to the “Entry ID” field as a custom value. Like so:
