Zoho CRM error: Unable to create entry in module, Leads error: duplicate data, api_name Email, id

It allowed me to use this format previously? I am unsure why this message is coming up when trying to test my zap.

Hey @Right2site,

Looking at your picture, it seems that the error has “Lead: duplicate data” in it.  

It might be giving an error because Zoho doesn’t allow you to do a Create step when the record already exists.  

I would recommend testing again with information that isn’t in Zoho.

Depending on your workflow, you could also switch to the Create/Update Module Entry step instead.

Hi,

Yes I did Create/Update Module Entry and it fixed the issue. Thanks for the help
