We are having issue with Zoho Creator in the automation. We are getting The app returned "Invalid API URL format.” error. I have read some discussions about the problem here and tried to do their suggestions but it is not working. Is this an ongoing issue?

I’m so sorry for the trouble with the Zap. I did some digging into this, and it seems that this error can be displayed if the correct owner name is not used in the app connection. Here’s an example screenshot:

Please could you check the owner name in your Zoho Creator account and then create a new connection here using those details: https://zapier.com/app/connections/zoho-creator

A common mistake is simply pasting the URL (incorrect) instead of inputting the name of your ZOHO creator application (correct).

@Paclabel I believe Ken is referencing the name of the Owner on your Zoho account, likely done when the initial set up on that account happened.
