morning all!

I am a dogminder and have linked by JotForm booking form to create a new client in ZohoBooks when they sign up their pooch. 
 

this is a small town so I might already have the client signed up to one of my classes (I teach Italian too)

I get this message:

 

The app returned "The customer “Name Surname" already exists. Please specify a different name.". 

 

(I have removed the client name and surname)

 

I thought I have the option to add the client name and surname only if not already present in ZohoBooks. Is this possible?
