My manager uses Zapier as middleware for Zillow contacts to KW Command Contacts. It stopped working the beginning of January. It keeps asking for a first name, Email address and Phone number even though they have been selected. KW Command only uses “Full Names”. I can’t find any solution to this. Any advise would be appreciated.

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap action step ‘Action’ section is configured.
+14You can [SKIP] testing the KW Command Zap step.
You should then be able to turn the Zap ON to test.
You can check your Zap Runs activity here: https://zapier.com/app/history/
That will show the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot.
