I’m trying to connect Zapier to Zeffy (The online donation system) and I used their invitation link listed here:

https://support.zeffy.com/do-you-integrate-with-quickbooks

Now, when I try to connect the account, it says

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: The app returned "Authentication failed: Invalid access token in authorization request header".

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
  3. Check out our help docs for more information

I’m the account owner and there’s no permissions popup.
