I have two zaps that are scheduled everyday to run at 7 PM dubai time. ( I have already updated the timezone to dubai ) But when I check the run history I see one running at 1:00 am and another at 9:00 pm.

How can I fix this?

You can test the trigger for both these zaps, see the output of zap as below and review if both are same or not, if they are different then update the one with issue to match the output of other zap.

Hi there, @Marke! 👋

Did Mohammad_Shahzaib_Nawaz’s suggestion help to point you in the right direction?

Let us know how it’s going, want to make sure you’re all set. Happy to lend a hand if you’re still stuck at all! 🙂

@SamB no it didnot help as I already have the triggers and they are showing different times even if the trigger is set to the same time

Hi @Marke,

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please confirm if you have set the timezone in your Zapier profile settings? Zaps will trigger according to a your account-level timezone settings. If none is set, it will default to UTC (GMT+00:00).

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!

Sorry to hear that, @Marke. Looking at your screenshots it seems like the Zaps were halted, so I’m wondering if they were automatically replayed as this might explain the difference in the times. 🤔

As Ken mentioned the Schedule app would use the timezone set in your account, not the timezone set in your Zap. So if it was set on the account, but it’s still running at the wrong time, did you change the timezone after having set up the Zap?

If so, can you try turning the Zap off and back on again to see if that gets it triggering at the correct time? I believe the Schedule trigger would only check your account’s timezone when the Zap is published, so it likely wouldn’t pick up a timezone change that was made afterward.

Looking forward to hearing how it goes!
