I see some old posts on this topic, but it looks like short links may be down? I’ve tried connecting from a couple of different devices and keep getting this:

Hmmm… can't reach this page

zpr.io refused to connect.

Hi @tedmalone

Can you provide a specific Zapier shortlink url that has the issue?

The 2 that were broken started working again.

Hi @tedmalone, welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some checking on this end but couldn’t find any open bug reports for the URL Shortener app that matched this issue. It seems like it might just have been a temporary glitch if the links are working as correctly now. That said, please do keep an eye on it and report back here if you continue to run into those “zpr.io refused to connect” errors.

And if you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can help with in the meantime do let us know! 🙂

Happening for me again. I thought it might be a DNS issue, but I use Google’s DNS which should be fine, right?

PS C:\Windows\System32> nslookup https://zpr.io/iMifTDaTaKDp
Server:  dns.google
Address:  8.8.8.8

*** dns.google can't find https://zpr.io/iMifTDaTaKDp: Non-existent domain

Thanks for reaching out here @tedmalone 🙂

I just tested that URL and it loaded the page on Vodafone’s website successfully. Can you re-try it again and let me know whether it still fails to load for you?

I suspect there may have been temporary issues in accessing the server where the redirects for these shortened lists are stored. This could be due to a heavy traffic to the server, a temporary outage etc. If it’s happening very frequently then it would be best to reach out to our Support team about this, as they’ll be able to open up a bug report to have the cause of this issue investigated further by our engineers. You can get in touch with them here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Please do keep us updated on how you get on!
