Long story short my “Scheduled event time” inside of zapier isn’t the same as the scheduled event time of my calendly (actual call)
anyone know why?

Calendly returns data in UTC time zone.

You can use a Formatter > Date & Time > Format step to convert to other time zones.

Formatter help: https://zapier.com/apps/formatter/integrations#help
