Zapier only finds Stripe payments from customers and not one time payments

Hello.

My Zap will only find payments that are made from Stripe customers and will not find payments if a customer is not created. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured?

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Also, are you trying to trigger on one-time payments in Stripe? If so, you can use the “New Payment in Stripe” trigger and add a Filter step, to only continue if Invoice > does not exist:
