Zapier not pulling phone numbers from Facebook Leads Ads

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot.

Thank you - the history is showing ‘data out’ to include the actual phone number, but it’s not transferring over to Kajabi. This is my screenshot zap in EDIT mode. I won’t share the test subject as it’s a real person but when I click on the new lead to populate the info, it brings up all the fb data I can add in their Full Name, Email, ID’s etc but there is absolutely no data field for a phone number? I think I’ve probably messed up somewhere because when I go to Kajabi, in the phone section it says the below…… and not the actual number itself? Do you think I need to reset up the form and the zap again? Is there anyway I can transfer all the phone numbers I DO have already in fb leads centre to add to the leads that have transferred through with no phone number?

For each input field in Zap Step 2, you need to use the [+] button to then map a dynamic variable from Step 1.

Hi - yes, sorry I know that but I didn’t want to share someone’s info. The mapping information is available for full name and email but there is not a mapping option for phone? I’ve gone through each data line and phone or telephone or anything along those lines is not available! Is there a way to change the test subject to see if it works with a different person?

I’ve just created another zap and it’s there! But now how do i go back and add the phone numbers from everyone it’s missed….!!

You may need to manually export data from FB, then import or update into Kajabi.

Thank you - will that duplicate the leads or just update them?

Depends how you use the data and what options Kajabi provides for updating data manually.

You’d have to work with Kajabi Support for help with their app.
