Zapier not pulling most recent version of app

A

I have a Zap that creates a Podio item when a Gravity form is submitted. Easy to set up and works great. BUT, as soon as I make a change to my Podio App, Zapier refuses to pull in the newest version. Even for new Zaps, it pulls in the older version of my Podio App. 

The only solution I’ve found (which stinks) is that I have to create a brand new Podio app anytime I want to implement a change. Please help. Here’s a video if it helps: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qZxKykoP7hXCQU-QzDkWxDcX63DO1bj7/view
