Hi - I’m trying to use Zapier to read invoices created by Simplybook.me, a reservation/scheduling system, and then recreate those invoices as drafts in Quickbooks online.

 

So far everything is testing well except that Zapier is only able to detect the first product line only. How do I get Zapier to read and add additional invoice items.

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible

In Zap step 3, for the QBO Invoice, the Product/Service field shows an invalid variable mapped, so you will need to remap that variable.
