Zapier Manager - New Zap Error not firing

It appears that the Zapier Manager “New Zap Error” event is not firing despite Zap Errors occurring. This has been set up to fire for all errors in a folder (the account and folder have been specified, but not the zap). When checking the Zap history, this is showing no runs in the past 30 days, however when checking the individual zaps in this folder, I can see errors that have occurred in this timeframe.

Any ideas as to why this trigger wouldn’t be working? I’m a little stumped as this was working previously in other folders.

Hi @Troy Tessalone  and @JammerS , not really. The issue is that the Zap never triggers in the first place - I’m not sure how this relates to email notifications?

I will reach out to the support team where I can link them to the Zap in question.

Hi @LeonB,

If your Zap isn't triggering as expected, review the trigger setup to ensure it's correctly configured with the right app, event, and filters. Use the "Test Trigger" feature to confirm Zapier can detect recent data, and ensure Zapier has the necessary app permissions—reconnecting the app can help. Check your task history for errors and know your trigger's polling frequency, as some triggers don't run instantly. If issues continue, contact Zapier Support with your Zap details so they can investigate further and assist you more effectively.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance. We're here to help.
