Hello,

The lookup table is not showing the desired output despite having a matching record in the table.

 

The table is configured as follows:

 

As you can see here the input matches one of the items in the table which should output ‘SILVER’

 

However when testing, the output field is empty

 

I have double checked the usual things like double spaces, space at the end, spelling etc.

SOLVED - I realised that one of the letters was lowercase in the input and uppercase in the lookup table. I now know that the lookup table is case sensitive
