Hi there, 

We use Windows 11 devices on a company network and have been using Zapier for several years. As of a few days ago - none of our devices will display Zapier when we go to the login page. We get a white screen. We can login via the help page - but then nothing formulates properly, and because of that our Zap history appears empty - despite several active tasks.

We have tried multiple devices. Different WIFI networks, alternative web browsers, clearing browsing data, cache etc. - and the result is the same. 

I did try using a personal laptop and can access as normal and can also login fine via mobile.

Our IT support have confirmed virus protection is not blocking the site either - and they can access as normal.

Any help would be most appreciated!

They’ll be the best folks to help investigate this type of issue further.

Once they get to the bottom of what’s preventing Zapier from loading, please do let us know what they find. Keen to make sure this gets sorted!
