Zapier is stuck on “Testing Trigger”

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to set up a new Zap with Slack as a trigger, but when I test the trigger, it just keeps loading indefinitely and never pulls in any sample data. I’ve tried reconnecting the app and even starting a fresh Zap, but the problem persists.

Options:

  • Try using a new/different private browser
  • Try using the [Skip Test] button
  • Try duplicating the Zap

Thanks for the suggestions! I gave them a try, and the issue got resolved. Using a different browser and skipping the test seemed to do the trick. If anyone else is facing a similar issue, here’s a helpful video that walks through the solution: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e62vyGu_ylk&
