Hi! I am trying to trigger a Zap using a Zendesk webhook. I updated a ticket in Zendesk and I could see that the trigger worked successfully. However, when I try finding new records on Zapier, the ticket is not showing there. How can I fix this?

Make sure to keep the Zap trigger step open when testing the Zendesk event that will trigger the Zap webhook URL, then refresh to pull thru new records.
